1. About these terms
These draft terms describe the intended conditions for using KidsQuest Games at kidsquestgames.com. The service operator’s full legal identity and postal contact details must be confirmed before these terms are finalized. Please read the Privacy Policy alongside these terms. This draft is not a certification of legal compliance.
2. Parent and guardian accounts
Accounts and paid subscriptions are for adults who can enter a binding agreement. A parent or guardian manages their own login and the student profiles they are authorized to create. Children use the activities with adult permission and supervision. Do not create an adult account using a child’s email or share your password with another family.
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us about suspected unauthorized use. A student nickname should not include a full name or other identifying information. Account creation and payment do not substitute for any separate notice or parental consent required for collecting children’s information.
3. Learning activities and availability
KidsQuest offers educational practice through games and related activities. Grade selection changes the learning experience where supported. The activities supplement lessons and curricula; they are not a complete curriculum, formal assessment, or guarantee of a particular learning result. Coverage, difficulty, and saved-progress features vary by activity.
The Member games library shows games currently made available by the administrator. Games may be added, hidden, updated, or removed. A description of gamification does not promise that every game has badges, leaderboards, or the same rewards. Virtual points, stars, and in-game rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
4. Memberships and student limits
Your selected plan determines available access and student-profile limits. Review the Membership page and checkout for the current price, billing frequency, benefits, eligibility, and terms before subscribing. Homeschool enrollment requires verification and administrator approval. Any promotional, trial, or individually assigned access is subject to the specific conditions communicated when offered.
Creating an account or adding a membership to your cart does not itself complete a purchase. Subscription access begins when enrollment and payment or assignment are confirmed. Do not create duplicate subscriptions unless you intend to purchase each one.
5. Payments and renewal
Payments are processed in secure checkout using the payment options available for the selected subscription. Applicable taxes, fees, and the final amount due are shown before confirmation. Do not send payment-card details through support email.
A recurring subscription renews at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout until canceled under its terms. Any trial’s duration, first charge, and renewal conditions must be reviewed at enrollment. Material price or renewal changes require the notice or consent applicable to that change. Failed or reversed payments may affect membership access.
6. Cancellation, suspension, and refunds
Use Parent Account → Account Settings → Subscriptions to cancel your membership. Where offered, choose cancellation immediately or at the next payment date. Review the timing before confirming; processing may take time, so check the displayed subscription status.
Suspension and resumption are requests for administrator review. A request alone does not pause charges, extend a plan, or change access. Your current subscription terms continue until the change is approved and applied.
Deleting a child does not cancel billing. Cancel active memberships before deleting your login. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Contact hello@kidsquestgames.com about billing errors or refund requests. Applicable law and any disclosed purchase-specific refund terms govern eligibility; nothing here removes a non-waivable consumer right.
7. Fair and safe use
Use the service for authorized learning and family account management. Do not attempt to access another family’s records, bypass access controls, share unauthorized paid access, interfere with the site, submit unlawful or harmful material, manipulate scores, or copy and redistribute protected content without permission. Do not submit sensitive child, medical, financial, or identification information in nicknames or support messages.
We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents, or unpaid charges. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact support. Such action does not override rights that applicable law requires us to honor.
8. Content and your information
Subject to these terms and your membership, you may use the games and materials for their intended educational purpose. KidsQuest branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party components and materials remain subject to their own rights and licenses.
You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize processing needed to operate your account, provide learning features, resolve requests, and perform the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of child learning records to KidsQuest for unrelated commercial use.
Sharing game ideas
Parents or guardians may submit educational game ideas. Submit only material you have permission to share. Leave out children’s personal information, confidential information, and content that infringes another person’s rights.
You retain any rights you have in your submission. By submitting, you give KidsQuest permission to review, adapt, combine, and use the idea and submitted description to develop and operate learning games, without an obligation to pay compensation. Submissions are not confidential business proposals. We may already be working on similar ideas. Submission does not guarantee development, exclusivity, attribution, a release date, or an individual response.
Submissions are stored privately for authorized administrator review as described in the Privacy Policy. For questions or a request to remove your submitted record, contact hello@kidsquestgames.com.
9. Deleting profiles, accounts, and information
You can delete a child profile through Account Settings. Confirmed profile deletion and its learning-record removal cannot be undone through the site. Account deletion removes the member login and child records as described in the confirmation flow. Contact, transaction, support, and backup records may need separate handling.
Use the personal-information deletion request or contact us for broader erasure, access, or correction requests. We may verify your authority before acting and retain records that must be preserved for a necessary or lawful purpose.
10. Service changes and responsibilities
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity issues, updates, or provider failures. Save supported progress before switching profiles or devices. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, identical content at every grade, or recovery of information you permanently delete.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of a specific learning outcome. Nothing in these draft terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. No arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, or exclusive court jurisdiction has been selected in this draft.
11. Updates and contact
We will date revised terms and give notice of material changes where required. Contact KidsQuest at hello@kidsquestgames.com with account, billing, access, or terms questions. Confirmed legal-operator details and any location-specific terms must be added during final review.
