Your subscriptions
Cancel a membership or request a temporary suspension.
Suspension and resumption need administrator approval. Billing and access continue under the current terms until the administrator applies the change. Canceling a subscription does not delete your family’s profiles.
Child profiles
Delete a child profile and its saved learning records. This cannot be undone. Close games on other tabs and devices before deleting a profile.
Deleting a child does not cancel your subscription or change its price.
Privacy & account
Delete personal information
Request deletion of your family’s personal information across KidsQuest records. An administrator reviews and processes the request; submitting it does not erase information or stop subscription billing immediately.
Delete your parent account
Permanently delete your member login, all child profiles, and their saved learning. Cancel active or paused memberships first. Contact and transaction records are handled separately through an information-deletion request.
The site owner’s account cannot be deleted here. Site ownership and administrator access must be handled separately.
