Families are unique within each plan. A family can hold more than one plan. Draft orders count only in “All orders.” These counts are not payment revenue.

Show or hide a member game, or delete its catalog entry. Deleted games leave the member library and cannot launch through the site. Source files and saved progress are retained.

KidsQuest Question Bank

Manage the central bank of original Math, Reading, and Vocabulary questions for kindergarten through grade 12. Games load the selected grade, shuffle eligible questions, and cycle without repeats until that pool is exhausted. Every session uses six questions, with ten seconds of play earned per correct answer.

Filter by subject and grade (0 = kindergarten). Edit question text, choices, the matching answer, hints, explanations, passages, skills, and standards references. Choices are stored as a JSON array of strings; answer must exactly match one choice. Clear active to hide a question. Bank writes require administrator permission.

Initial standards references are skill-level mappings marked SKILL_REFERENCE_REVIEW_PENDING. They need educator review. Advanced Math extensions are identified separately. This is a starter practice bank, not a complete K–12 curriculum or certified standards alignment. Additional subjects and curricula can be added to this structure.

Family game ideas

Review game names, subjects, age groups, gameplay concepts, and learning goals to guide future games.

New ideas have status SUBMITTED. After review, use REVIEWED, PLANNED, or ARCHIVED as appropriate. Verify the system Owner field if follow-up is needed. Do not publish identifying information. Submissions are not development commitments.

Parent subscription & privacy requests

Review suspension, resumption, and personal-information deletion requests in the secure management screen. Requests remain pending until an administrator applies the change.

Verify the system Owner field before acting; the submitted member ID is not proof of identity. Match subscription orders to that parent. Apply a billing pause or resumption through subscription management, then update status to COMPLETED and resolvedAt to the completion date. Use DECLINED if a request cannot be fulfilled. Information deletion needs review across member, child, contact, and transaction records; do not mark it completed after deleting a login alone.

Administrator access

Invite a trusted person to manage KidsQuest, change their Wix role, or revoke their access.

Wix authorizes invitations and role changes. Invitations must be accepted before access becomes active. Collaborator access is separate from family subscriptions. The custom KidsQuest report and game controls currently remain restricted to the original administrator account.
